EMPLOYMENT RESPONSIBILITY Effective employment is a significant boon for the employer, and in turn; a considerable responsibility. Without interior scaling; i.e. growth of workforce, a business or company is unable to scale it's exterior; i.e. growth of value creation. To employ effectively, the employer must have a need for an employee, and be capable of partnering with the employee in the development of skill, ability, value, and so on. The Employer, presumably, provides some meaningful, well-defined value to the world on a transactional basis. Production, servicing, creation, development, change, etc. The Employee, presumable, has some foundational capacity for 'doing' and a complimentary capacity for 'developing'. The employee accepts a greater burden than the employer does; having to internally grow (intrinsic development) by learning the skills and abilities necessary to meet the needs of the employer, while simultaneously providing external effort and, in the best of cases, a pressure towards extrinsic development. The Employer must meet these pressures in turn, and provide the flows to feed the Employees demands. The employer provides expectation and communication of need; the employee provides ability and fulfillment of need. The employee provides communication of aspiration, ambition, and developmental vectoring. The employer provides support, nurture, and security as the employee develops. The Employer:Employee relationship is somewhat embryonic. The employer provides a womb for the employee to develop, and as the employee develops, the womb is enriched and deepened.
